Water bills are mailed on the last day of each month. You should receive your bill by the 5th. If not, please call for the amount to prevent a late charge. Bills are DUE UPPON RECEIPT and are considered past due if payment is not received by the 15th. If the 15th falls on Saturday or Sunday you have until the following Monday qt 5:00 pm to prevent a mandatory $15.00 late fee.

You may pay your monthly water bill by creditcard with a fee based on the amount of your bill or by bank draft at no charge. To sign up for more information call City Hall at 267-1155.

To report water leaks, call 267-1155 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. After hours call the Police Department at 26-7141 and ask for the utiltiy standby person.

Minimum Monthly Bill:
Water, Sewer, Trash = $85.30
Water, Trash only = $44.83
Water, Sewer only = $66.80

Water Rates:

Residential: Minimum 0 to 3,000 gallons - $26.33
3,001 to 20,000 gallons - $3.99 per 1,000 gallons
20,001 to 50,000 gallons - $5.06 per 1,000 gallons
50,001 and above - $5.90 per 1,000 gallons

Commercial: Minimum 0 to 3,000 gallons - $26.33
3,001 to 20,000 gallons - $3.99 per 1,000 gallons
20,001 to 50,000 gallons - $5.06 per 1,000 gallons
50,001 and above - $5.90 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer Rates:

Residential: $40.47 per month

Commercial: Minimum 0 to 3,000 gallons - $40.05
3,001 + gallons - $3.62 per 1,000 gallons

Trash Service:

Residential: $17.09 per month plus $1.41 tax = $18.50. Recycling no charge
