Sports Complex

The Sports Complex is located at 8012 Bar K Ranch Road across the street from the LVISD baseball field. Built in 2003, the Sports Complex consists of a nature preserve, walking trail, swimming pool, softball field, and two lighted tennis court. Covers and BBQ pits for two of the four picnic tables were added in 2006.

Swimming Pool

WEATHER POLICY:
The swimming pool will be closed during electrical storms and other inclement weather watches. The swimming pool will not open if such conditions are present. If inclement weather does occur after the swimming pool is open, it will be up to the descretion of the Pool Manager to decide whether ior not the swimming pool will be shut down temporarily or for the remainder of the day. If the swimming pool is closed fo rthe rest of the day due to bad weather after opening, refunds will not be issued. Rain checks will be issued that are valid for use during the remainder of the operating season.

SWIM DIAPER POLICY:
Children between the ages of 0 to 3 years old must wear a swim diaper

Tennis Courts

The two asphault tennis courts sit behind the softball field alongside FM 1431. The fenced and privacy-screened tennis courts are lighted and can be used until 10 PM at night. The lights can be turned on after 7 PM by pressing a red mushroom button located just outside the front gate to the tennis courts. The tennis courts utilize the same parking lot as the softball field.
