PERSONAL
I was raised in Long Island, NY and graduated from Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Psychology, 1978).  In 1979, I moved to Houston and began my career with the Campbell Soup Company (6 yrs); then James River Corporation (11 yrs); and finally, Coca-Cola North America (18 yrs).  I have been married for 27 years, have owned our home in Lago Vista since 1991, and moved to Lago Vista full time in 2013.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
In 2011, I retired from Coca-Cola North America, as a Senior Sales Executive with expertise in consumer goods and services, negotiating contracts, program development and implementation, and employee development training.  I worked with cities using bonds and grants to meet the developmental needs of their community.  I developed an NCAA/Coca-Cola Foodservice program that was accepted nationally and is used in various championship venues.  I have a proven track record of solving challenging problems and producing results.  I am self-motivated and an innovative thinker. I have developed an ability to handle complex projects and function well as both a team player and as a leader.

COUNCIL GOALS
My overall objective is to work with the Citizens, City Staff, City Council, Chamber of Commerce, and the POA towards a more organized, efficient, and inclusive City government.  My approach to growth and development of Lago Vista is from a strategic approach by having a plan, establishing goals that are realistic, specific, measurable, attainable, and time-bound.  As a member of City Council, the Council must take ownership of our existing assets and address current financial and infra-structure needs and concerns so that we as a City are in a position of strength and stability as we continue to grow and develop.

Please send questions and concerns to the above e-mail address.  I am more than willing to listen to your concerns and constructive criticisms and to respond in a timely manner.
