Let's Welcome! Personal Trainer and Life Coach - Micah Cook
Micah Cook is a licensed personal trainer and has her advanced nutrition certification. She has a passion for helping people and changing lives through health, fitness and nutrition. Teaching clients how to carb cycle and getting the mind, body, and spirit - in alignment. She is also, a life coach, helping people reprogram there subconscious from past traumatic events and childhood wounds. Changing and transforming lives is what she loves to do. Mon and Weds: start time - 8:30 a.m.
Tues and Thurs: start time - 5:30 & 6:30 p.m.
